Repair of Aircon Control (Control Assy-Heater) Switches

Anybody who knows where I can have the switch repaired? After almost 10 years, nagloloko na yung a/c switch ng Santa Fe ko. Pag ON ng A/C switch or todo cold yung rotary selector, hot exhaust yung lumalabas. Kaya namang marecover yung normal operation like always switching the A/C switch on and not putting rotary to full cold, nuisance lang. Replacement of the module is a bit expensive.

Na try mo na ba pa buksan then malinis yung rotary encoder ng contact cleaner?

Or you can disable the servo motor controlling the flaps ng hot and cold zone.. then fix mo na yung mechanism to cold air only

Hindi pa eh. May alam kang bang magaling mag ayos ng switch? Sana simpleng contact lang ang problema. TIA.

after loosening crash pad lower panel, removing center lower garnish and loosening center fascia panel. was able to remove aircon control unit. disassembled control assembly by removing 4 phillips screws and loosening the tabs, sprayed contact cleaner on the control contact points and switches are now working. ingat lang sa pagbalik ng center lower garnish because the ash tray is connected to the garnish through 4 narrow plastic protrusions sa santa fe gen 2.5.
