need feedback: Hyundai Starex 2004 CRDi

Some people claim AC problems, haven't experienced this personally, yet.

Fuel economy with the automatic transmission isn't terrific, but acceptable for the performance. Power is great, overtaking is really easy. The suspension is soft and comfortable, but can get a bit too floaty on wavy roads if you don't have a full load.

my bro-in-law recently got a 2nd hand starex..not sure kung CRDi yung makina pero may "SVX" stickers sa labas..maganda sana yung ride and handling kaso nga lang problemado yung aircon ..

for me Starex pa rin. why?

Disadvantage lang nya ay reliability ng parts nya. 8 years na Starex ko and so far ito na mga sira nya.
> front and rear aircon evaporator - already changed both of them from aluminum to bronze. nakaka 4 years na sya at wala pa rin problema
> power steering hose - already replaced it with a Mitsubishi part at wala ng problema
> clutch problem (after 100T KM)
> front bushings problem (after 60T KM)
> corrosion on small metal piece located near the sliding door. -replaced with a new part. 1,200 php lang naman. (after 5 years)
> light bulbs - nakakailang palit na ko ng korean bulb pero laging napupundi kaya nag-change ako na ibang made. nakaka 2 years na at okay pa rin mga light bulbs (only months old)

Note: halos parehas lang makina ng starex sa L300 so I replaced some korean with a Mitsubishi parts.

Despite of encounering these problems, I still prefer a Starex because of its comfortable ride.

cguro yung unang labas ng starex panget kasi automatic yung nakuha ng ninong ko nag sslide ka agad ang transmision tapos nasira agad ang aircon pero kung interior design walang problem starex 99 model ata yun jumbo pero may turbo
