    this is somewhat like a scan inside LTO? this s__ks. The things is that your dealer should have disclosed you honest info and not derailed you to a guessing scenario. You deserve a good after-sales customer service yet they played dumb and let you handle it by yourself...this is ridiculous and I can't imagine how the management can tolerate such poor response. They should be apologetic and make sure they assist you in fixing the issue, even it's not from their end that started the negligence, you deserve to know the truth and they should be on top of this by complaining such alteration to the LTO by themselves, that's the least that they can do. I would be very interested in requiring them a formal letter of explanation to you, otherwise tell them that if they will not fix the issue within 2 months time- you will file a case of tampering against the LTO rep and that the dealership is in collaboration of this matter. And that BITAG will start investigating the cahoots

    sir LeOxe i just cross this tread it seems that you are asking for an advice and help on what to do but you can not tell this people who is the car dealer is where they can be aware on any wrongdoing of this dealer so what the secrets? peace bro

    hello guys!

    i was advised not to disclose "yet" the dealership. i'm very sorry. but i can assure you that the dealership is not within the metro. what i can promise you is that i will keep you posted/updated on the progress of my registration dilemma. as of now, i'm still waiting for them to settle this for a few more days. and if nothing happens, that's the time i will make my next move. thank you very very much for the time you spent on this issue.
