Started getting steady vibrations on my Starex 99 TCIC A/T on speeds of about 70Kph up. It is not an alignment/ wheel problem, the steering is steady as can be. It seems to come from the transmission, but the whole cabin vibrates. Even at neutral, at these speeds, the vibrations do not go away.

Any idea on what is causing this? There may be similar exeperiences from other Starex owner here, would appreciate if you can share how you fixed the problem. Would like to have an idea before heading over to the shop.

    Thank you very much.

Even in neutral when running? try checking your tires. May be they have blisters already on the treads. I used Dunlop tires before but they often develop this kind of problem so I changed to Bridgestone. The probable causes of this problem are: over inflation, severe bumps on the roads and weight of the Starex (too heavy for tires)
