wala pa nga sa atin sir.
tagal talaga.
so far wala pa naman.
this was way back years ago..but i think less than a month, but lto allows you to create a plate and indicate "lost plate" and if you get stopped, just show them the papers you file for replacement of lost plate

Whew, it's been four (4) months since I posted this thread. Still no plates for me.
2 weeks ago, I was told the CSR papers were received already.
1 week ago I was told the verificaition was done already and submitted to the LTO for plate processing.
We'll see what happens this week. I assume by the progression of events that the next logical step is for me to finally get my plates.
But then again, assumption is the mother of all f**k-ups... so we'll see. Hehe
