May special tool kasi kailangan to open (Fuel Pump Plate Cover Remover Installer)

i dont think you need a special tool for this...a good old sandpaper with a steady grip will do or if mahigpit talaga, yung generic oil filter remover na chain type or rope and steel rod which i usually use is ever reliable...Try to inquire with your local gasoline station to clarify...

Simple lang yan ah, thr hyundai fuel filter is just about the same diameter as the hyundai oil filters, baka pede na yun
