    sparkplugs at 10k? bullshit.

Dont be fooled by this SA. First reason is that its not even scheduled at 10k. And its inspect and replace. Not replace because SA tells you so. Join the service personel who will remove and inspect the spark plug. Im for sure it will be like brand new.

Just found this. Hyundai USA recommended maintenance schedule with details. Pwede siguro ito gawing guide.
    https://www.hyundaiusa.com/maintenance-schedule/
Inspect muna bago replace.

55K is coming fast and looking at not having it done sa casa. At the expense of 3x the maintenance price for the hope na ma-cover ng warranty yung defect na di rin naman tama ang pag-address regardless kahit saang casa ko pa dalhin, might as well take my business elsewhere.

Accent RB na gas nga pala 'to. Ideally may matatambayan habang nag-aantay para makatrabaho pa. TIA!

not even 10days, 45k maintenance na.

    1. brake maintenance: rear pads worn out cost 2800php. not satisfied with tech response. ill get another tech for brake maintenance. (keeping the old brake pads for reference). mushy feel now but strong stopping power. ill need to brake-it in(pun-intended)

2.tire rotation as per my instruction. they missed this. front left and right were worn out more but evenly. noisy ride now lol. I may need wheel balancing.

    3. atf change 4lit for 2400php. opted for this. SA ask 45k or 65k. of course I want to keep this car extra clean. atf drain looks reddish. process is not dialysis. they drain fill and bleed/level. they bleed/level by running at creep while car is lifted. upshift and downshift feels smoother.

    4. engine oil drain looks amber'ish. quite happy with fully synth oil.

    5. Sparkplugs are scheduled at 60k. I wanted to see them. iridium plugs. still good.

    6. Engine bay spray with high pressure water then dried off with pressurized air. then some antirust spray. not needed too bad I didnt catch it. its only 240php though.

    7. Cabin filter cleaned. not even replaced. im not complaining.

    8. injector cleaning as per my request. 3000php 15minutes. fuel line replace with tank with some cleaner. is this the normal practice? nasty exhaust fumes.

    9. air filter cleaned. I insisted on a new one. 600php. engine feels new.

*glad they allow me to inspect the car with the tech. and take pictures too hahaha(shutter sound muted)

Just had my 50k pms. Minor pms plus oil change. I requested for underbody nuts and bolts retightening. Thank goodness my SA was back.

Doing 140kph sweeping turns are quite smoother now.

Vehicle is now at 51200 kms. Prepping for 55k major pms lol.

Uy, ayos 'to! Thanks bro! So for 55K, I assume ito yung kailangan:

    30,000 miles (48,000 km) or 24 months

    ❑ Inspect battery condition
    ❑ Inspect vacuum hose
    ❑ Inspect air conditioning refrigerant
❑ Inspect brake hoses and lines
❑ Inspect drive shafts and boots
❑ Inspect exhaust pipe and muffler
❑ Inspect front brake disc/pads, calipers
❑ Inspect rear brake disc/pads (if equipped)
❑ Inspect rear brake drums/linings (if equipped)
❑ Inspect steering gear box, linkage & boots/lower arm ball joint, upper arm ball joint
    ❑ Inspect suspension mounting bolts
❑ Inspect brake/clutch (if equipped) fluid
    ❑ Inspect fuel filter *2
❑ Inspect fuel lines, fuel hoses and connections
❑ Inspect fuel tank air filter (if equipped) *2
    ❑ Inspect parking brake
❑ Inspect vapor hose and fuel filler cap
❑ Replace climate control air filter (for evaporator and blower unit)
    ❑ Replace air cleaner filter
❑ Replace engine oil and filter (30,000 miles (48,000 km) or 48 months)

I would suggest following severe usage maintenance of
every 7500kms for the oil change fully synthetic oil. I would do brake inspection every 7500km also.

For the mechanical...its really up to you. Casa or outside. Meron naman documents. There are two versions the long(every 15k or 10k depend sa location) and the short(every 7500 or 5000).

If you have pending underchasis issues. Gawin na immediately yun mechanical tightening. mainly, the front and rear suspension and the steering asembly.

Tataas at tataas pa yan paps. In a way sa aftersales talaga sila bumabawi. Huwag ka na rin umasa for warranty, as mentioned in my post in other threads, kung kayang madaan sa lubrication ng parts, ilu-lubricate lang para mawala yung nire-raise mong problema. Just my .02.

Woah?!

    60k pms done yesterday.

Aside from the usual maintenance. Fuel filter change was added and spark plug change. Fuel filter (1800 pesos)was full of black sediments. I will change again at 90k and 120k.

Spark plugs are ngk iridiums. 2800 pesos

Old spark plugs were looking bad. Next change at 100k

After maintenance car acceleration was noticeably peppy.
