Good suggestion bro, but the problem is it doesn't fit into my criteria. I'm looking for a small car that I can use for my daily commute to and from my office. My current ride is a F150 and its burning a hole in my pocket! I don't like to sell it coz I like to use it when I go to the province.

OT, but my 95 hatch consumes 10 to 12 km/L sa city. Sa highway nasa 14 to 16 km/L. Pero nun bago pa yun car mas matipid pa siya. Stock 1200cc PH12 engine. Maporma na, matipid pa pero di naman under powered, wala lang talaga torque! Pero rev mo lang ng above 3000 rpm ok na ang hatak total 7200 rpm naman ang redline eh.

Hi guys, I badly need help & advise.

I got a 2nd hand 2006 Hyundai Getz just 3 days ago. Car looks fresh and when we did a test drive, everything went well and drives smoothly. When the car was turned over to me, I immediately brought it to Hyundai Shaw for a thorough Car Check-up & they found out that my car has no "computer box" anymore, I was surprised because the car is moving and working, they told us, that engine was modified with "karborador", engine is all good but modified.

I am still working with my agent about the car... But in case i cannot return or exchange the car. HOW SERIOUS IS MY PROBLEM?

I am aware that I got a 2nd hand car and it will not work like brand new. But a car having no computer box, is there a possibility that my car is still good to use? Can I do something to maintain it?

on the assumption na maganda ang pagkaka convert and ok naman ang takbo, i don't see a problem with it... parang old school type lang sya.
yun nga lang, mukhang naloko ka ng pinagbilihan mo.

modified ang engine from efi to carb??? baka naman changed engine na.

yes yes patingin ng engine bay mo Sir...baka hindi na hyundai engine naka install...baka Honda ph12 engine na carb na.

hyundai getz diesel crdi mt or
hyundai accent diesel crdi yung lower models kasi may knocking issue daw *** bago models (2011 up) or
suzuki celerio mt

ang habol ko kasi fuel efficiency at yung low maintenance cost in the long run at yung konti ang issues...

ano po kaya mas maganda? sana po matulungan niyo po ako. thanks po in advance!

A petrol Getz in automatic is the best of the bunch. The CRDI version I tried had a knee killer of a clutch, I wouldn't recommend it. The taxi Accent's got turbo issues so try to check thoroughly. As always, used cars always have maintenance issues...

With 350K, why don't you try brand new, amortize the other half for the next 3-5 years? Then you've got even Japanese models in your radar.
