Sheesh. You keep bringing that up. Why? So many other car manufacturers have that three month requirement. Why is it so special and such a headache for Hyundai?
We had to have our Ford serviced every three months, otherwise, void warranty. We had to have our Toyotas serviced every three months, otherwise, void warranty. We had to have our Honda serviced every... six months...
The three month requirement isn't a big deal. Especially not compared to other brand new cars. If you don't want to follow the PMS, don't! It's your warranty! If you wanted to, you could do all servicing on the Eon yourself. All the sensors and many of the engine parts are the same as the 12v 1.1. Suspension parts are bespoke, but it looks like you can use standardized parts for the rear shocks (not a coil-over-spring design) and other parts should take a long time to wear out on a car this small.
If you don't like the three/six month interval, don't buy anything brand new... period.

ok nga yung every 3 months warranty.. at least na che check parati yung sasakyan.. sa toyota ganon diba.. 3 months or 5K whichever comes first..

Kuya wag mo lahatin masyado kang magaling eh. Sa chevy every 6months PMS or 10k . wala pating 1k 5k kundi every 10k agad.
Like I said... That's because they mandate the use of synthetic oil:

7k, first 10k service. And note the Spark already costs some 60k more in base spec.
With Hyundai, you can option up to synthetic and get the same 10k interval.
Hi guys... I'm also considering to buy this car... Is it worth the bucks? Thanks!

When Hyundai launched the Eon, they touted the diminutive car’s wide choice of colors. We’re not talking ten different shades of gray, white, and beige here, but colors like Yellow, Clean Blue and Electrix Red. Yet Hyundai chose to lend us a concrete-colored car.
They call the shade “Mushroom”... though it’s more a sort of creamy silver. But then a stray shaft of sunlight hits it and... oooh... pretty. There’s an opalescent sheen to it that the Japanese would gleefully charge you P50k extra for.
The paint certainly suits the car. Because the Eon is a fascinating study in design on a budget.

Didn't get a chance to V-Box. It feels as quick as the bigger 1.0 competitors... but "feel" can be deceiving, since it's geared low. Since the old Alto could do 0-100 km/h in 17 seconds (with just one not-so-overweight driver on board... 19-21 seconds with passengers)... the Eon should do it in around the same time.
Estimate lang. Given it's a 32 liter tank, times 20 km/l, 640... times 26 km/l... 832 kms. Don't know if it can hit the magic 30 km/l. If it could, it could maybe do 1000 kms on one tank. Asking Hyundai if they'd like to try Sorsogon to Pagudpud...
Apparently, since Hyundai has the i10 to sell to people who are willing to pay extra for an auto, they've not bothered to engineer the Eon for an automatic transmission. It would cost them too much to develop a new AT for the Eon only, as they did with the MT. (the Eon's transmission is different from the i10's... just got word from Hyundai last week.)
