    Sumulat ako sa HARI regarding my stolen SD card para sa GPS ng HU ko kaso wala pang reply from HARI. Yung nasa ibaba ay email ng abad santos sa dad ko. Sa Hyundai ABADSANTOS, Wag nyo kaming G*g*h!n sa imbestigasyon ninyo! Kaya kong bumili ng nawalang SD card, pero hindi tama na wala kayong magawa sa ninakaw saakin! Nag imbestiga kayo na hindi nyo manlang pinakinggan yung side ko!

    This is P............., Son of R................, I received an email from my dad, attached is the response from Hyundai Abad Santos with regards to the missing SD card from my tucson.

    My SD card Lost when I did my 1st 1000 PMS dated january 5, 2011 done at Hyundai Abad Santos. How did I say? Because Im using it on my way to Hundai Abad Santos from our house. I already called Hyuandai Abad Santos regarding this matter they said that they will do their "Own" investigation.

    Now their investigation came up with nothing as attached below. I just want to ask how did it came up that they did their investigation without hearing my side? my story? They are being biased with they "OWN" investigation. And now they said that I'm there "From the beggining untill all the services ended" How come? I talked to Danny Service advisor and tell him that I will leave for a while then I gave him my contact number written on a small sheet of paper, after that he gave it to Ms. Coleen from customers relations. I ask them that they will inform me if service is already done.

    I didn't receive any text messages from them so I decided to come back to see if its already finished. When I was there I saw my Tucson inside the service area then I decided to go inside the service and have look. After few minutes I came back again to their lobby to watch TV. I'm just wondering why they say that Im there all the time to watch my car?

    Now my question is, is it possible to review their CCTV camera dated january 5, 2011 and include to their investigation and to prove that Im there all the time watching my car during my 1000 PMS?

    *concept1: sir just spoke to our CRO head regarding SD card ninyo was trying to help kung ano mang tulong magagawa ko kaso ang sabi po nya is nag claim daw po kau na nawalan kau ng SD card 2 days after ninyo magpa service?

    wth. sd card na nga lang. ohwell, it's not the item that's important naman e. it's the action that has been done, that is. sana naman they take further investigation on this at pakinggan ang both parties.

    di pwedeng one-sided ang argument. that's being biased & unfair.

    Unang una sa lahat, maraming salamat sir Lui at binagyang pansin mo yung reklamo ko.

    Yes sir napansin ko na nawala yung SD card ko nung paalis na ako ng bahay para gamitin ulit gps ko. Sinabi ko agad sa dad ko para ireport sa Abadsantos yung nangyari. Kasi Last time na ginamit ko yun ay nung papunta ako sa Abadsantos para mag pa PMS. From bulacan kasi ako.

    Dyan ako nababadtrip sir, parang binabaliktad pa kami O hinahanapan pa ng butas yung pagkawala ng SD card ko para lang hindi maisisi sa kanila yung nangyari.

    On my part sir mali ko nga siguro na hindi ko na check na nawala yung sd card ko bago ako umalis sa CASA. Pero c'mon sir 8am ako nagpunta dun casa tapos umalis ako ng mga 8:30am iniwan ko sasakyan ko sa casa, pumunta lang ako sandal sa 168 mall, nakabalik ako ng 11am sa Hyundai abadsantos tapos inantay ko hanggang 6pm. Sa tagal ko nagantay dun di ko na na isa isa yun lalo na yung sd card kasi padilim na din nung makaalis ako.

    Tsaka sir Lui ang mali ko talaga siguro ay NAGTIWALA ko sa service ng Abadsantos, kampante ako at di pumasok sa isip ko na pati pala GPS SD card ng HU mawawala. At paki sabi nalang po sa nagsabing hindi magagamit yung SD card sa ibang unit, paki sabi wala akong pakialam kung mgagamit ba O hindi.

    Ang Problema ko ay nawalan ako sa CASA nyo. Kaya kong bumili ulit ng SD card maliit na bagay lang yun. Kinakasama ng Loob ko ay yung responsibilidad nila na di nila maako. Dyan pa naman namin binili yung Tucson tapos upgraded pa. Maliit ba bagay palang yun nawala, paano na kung milyon na ang pinaguusapan? Sa loob ng casa nangyari yun tapos wala silang responsibilidad?

    Sa sinasabi nila na bakit 2days ko pa nalaman na nawala yung SD card ko? ano gusto nilang palabasin? May sarili kaming garahe at ako lang ang gumagamit ng sasakyan ko. At after 2days ko lang ulit nagamit yung sasakyan ko kaya after 2 days ko lang din nalaman na nawawala na pala yung sd card ko nung gagamitin ko na gps ko kasi nag appear sa screen na pls insert SD card..


    Tapos sasabihin nila na nandun ako from the start until mag end yung service?? nung nag pa PMS ako? Bulag ba mga tao jan? Kahit itanong mo pa kay mam coleen sir Lui kung nasaan ako at impossibleng di nya ako nakita dun sa lobby na nanunuod ako. Sinisilp ko lang sasakyan ko pero bumabalik din ako agad sa lobby. Hamunin ko sila ilabas nila record ng CCTV nyo nung jan 5? Tignan naten sino ang sinungaling?


    Pasenya na kayo mga tsikoteer di ko lang talaga maitago sama ng loob ko sa nangyari.

    +1000 sir! At eto pa, sabi ng cutomer relations tatawag daw sila kung ano nangyari sa investigaion nila.. Sa tagal naming nag antay kami pa ang tumawag dun lang namin nalaman na wala din palang nangyari sa investigation nila, lumalabas ako pa ako may kasalanan,, Kasi "nandun daw ako", bkit "after 2days lang nalaman na nawala na pala", haaAyyyy!!!!!:arghhh:

    dude, hindi ata sasagutin ng dealer yan..

    kasi hindi rin nila alam galaw ng mga service man nila sa loob..

    share ko lang..

    meron akong isang friend, nag wowork siya as a service man sa isang dealer.. hindi ko na lang babanggitin kung anong dealer.. sabi nila, minsan pag naiiwan daw ng customer ung mga maliliit na bagay sa kotse, katulad niyan, SD card, or even money.... kinukuha nila ito.. hindi nila ito ilalagay sa checklist..



    suggestion ko, if mag papa service kayo, make sure walang laman ung kotse niyo.. lalo na pag wala sa checklist ung item na nawala sainyo... wala kayong habol dito..

    yan ang hirap sa ibang dealer eh.. pag nag checheck list sila, hindi kasama ung owner... un ang difference ng hyundai DASMA..

    pag nag chechecklist ang HYUNDAI DASMA... nandun ung owner... haha!


    kaya ingat ingat pag nag papa service. as much as possible, bitbitin niyo ung gamit niyo.. hahaha! or ipasama niyo sa checklist.

    mga ogag admin jan sa hyundai abad santos kung paninindigan nila mga nonsense na pangangatwiran na gusto nilang palabasin, ano naman ngayon kung 2 days after na nang maireport sa kanila ang nawawalang sd card? e kung hindi naman agad napansin ng TS na nawawala yung card dahil nakasaksak sa loob ng HU ng sasakyan nya. parang gusto nilang sabihin sa mga empleyado nila na ok lang kayo magnakaw basta yung hindi agad mapapansin at hindi agad mairereport para makalusot sila. imbes na parusahan pinagtatakpan pa ang mga empleyado nilang mga magnanakaw, kaya nasisira image ng mga casa dahil sa ganitong uri ng pangangatwiran at pagiisip ng mga dealership.

    Isa pang problema bro kahit bitbitin mo pa mga gamit mo sa loob ng sasakyan, eh dadalihin naman yung ibang pyesa na nasa engine bay mo or mga caps lalo na kung di ulit macheck agad haha!
