I'm starting to believe this based on my own experience.

On a more serious note, may pending items ako from them bukod dun sa libreng payong -- rubber bumper under the hood (nawawala ang isa) pati registration documents. Unfortunately parehong walang estimated time of completion. I understand na yung registration documents rely on LTO also pero my dealer should be able to follow-up and provide timely updates kaso wala eh. Hehe.

My DBC switch is for replacement under warranty. Took the unit barely 2 months ago. Problem no stock on the switch just yet when I had it serviced yesterday. It took a month after I was able to get my free seat cover because they ran out of stock. No news on the OR/CR also. I

As a buyer, kung alam mo na naman na palpak ang aftersales ng HARI, kumuha ka pa rin, your partly at fault...

Yup. You have a point sir.

2009 Hyundai Tucson cvvt.. 85k odo.. Replaced alternator, paint touch up.. Sadly, sold it last month.. Never really had any bad experience with my Tucson nor did it conk out on me..
Except when the battery had to be replaced (more than 2 years na din kasi [emoji23])..

Nasagi na din ng jeep, sumabit sa railings, orange barriers sa SM malls and sa gate namin (Bagito pa Lang and brother ko sa pag drive [emoji23]).. And all I got were just light scratches on the pain.. Absolutely no dents whatsoever.. Matigas talaga kaha ng Tucson [emoji123][emoji106]

2011 GS stab link shot at 36TKms. A/C cooling down to around 1/2 when new despite just being serviced less than 1 year ago. Leather wrap on the steering wheel has peeled off.

2013 Tucson with 26TKms on it has rear brake pads worn to around 10% thickness. Front brake rotors have worn 2 mm already despite not being used in hilly areas. A/T has "sumpong" sometimes, gear indicator would disappear from the MID and would not shift.

I hope the newer Hyundais are better. The ones we have aren't so bad at reliability but build quality/durability is certainly less than most Japanese brands.

Most rotors have a maximum wear limit of 2 mm from brand new. That's waaaay too soft. I've had cars with over 100TKms on them that were still inside of 2 mm front rotor wear.

Good to hear the SF has better pad wear. I'm curious to see the front rotor wear though. 45TKms on mostly stop and go driving or highway?

50/50 highway and city. Haven't measured the front rotor wear. Currently at 90,000 odo and di pa ko nag palit ng Rotors. Haven't seen a thread din about premature rotor wear sa SF Club.

warranty replacement and or recall ang steering wheel.

As for my 2014 Elantra. 40T and no major issues yet. so far the steering wheel hasn't peeled yet. And brake pads are tough for this small car. Maybe because its lightweight lmoa.

Yup, almost even. I'll try to take pics when I have the time. These are the fastest wearing rear brake pads I've seen on any car. I was thinking maybe too much brake bias to the rear but the front pads have been replaced at 10,000 Kms as well.

Re: Our GS's rack and pinion might need replacing as well. Hope Hyundai covers it under warranty too. Hyundai parts aren't cheap anymore. The front suspension does seem too soft.

    *jmpet626
That's pretty good. Our Tucson is used I'd say around 10% highway, 90% city. I'd still take a look at the front rotors' thickness though, and compare them to brand new.

Just had 50k pms for my gls elantra, acquired june 2011.

    Replaced under warranty so far:
    1. Rack and pinion assy during the 1st year
    2. Map light during the 3rd year

Great engine performance till now, though the front underchassis still leaves something to be desired.

Then korean reliase na mali pala ang ganung attitude so they chance it.. Pero parang milktea lang yan. Pag may napabalitang nalason e mahirap na ulit mabalik ang tiwala sa product even mas pinasarap pa. It take years bago mabalik ang tiwala ulit ng mga tao.

Over the years gumanda na rin ang quality ng Hyundai since they start building cars from their Alabama Plant sa US and they are giving 5 years warranty to customers to prove that ewan ko lang if sa pinas ganun din.
