Yung accent ko wala na gaanong engine knock after replacing the ecu and then upgrading, sa 93 octane nag knock parin slightly. But 95 octane above almost non existent na ang knock. Fuel economy medyo masama pa rin but it's improving. Nasa 6.5km/l na ako city driving.

UPDATE: HARI has replaced the whole CVVT system of my sister's Accent free if charge since its still covered by warranty. Currently she's testing it. No engine knocks were heared/felt even if 93 octane gas was used. A/T is upshifting around 1,700-2000 rpm. Fuel consumption is better. Well looks like the CVVT is the culprit.

That's an expensive fix. If they had to replace the mechanical portion of it, that means that it was not activating/deactivating properly due to some alignment issues.
That's a sucky-expensive fix if you have to pay for it!
