Wala na siguro to parang veracruZ, naglaho na lang. no ones gonna buy a 2m hyundai here. Even the PPVs are having a hard time selling post excise tax at 1.8m.

Local Veracruz had the 3.0L V6 CRDI priced at around 2.8M. I can't remember what year it was, around '07 ata yun. Meron din Kia Mohave na nirelease locally almost 3M na. I see one or two running around Alabang. Veracruz, that's even rarer, probably once every few months.

Both vehicles saw dismal sales. Koreans sell on value so its hard to breach the higher segments. See the 2010 Hyundai Tucson. That was around 1.1M only for a 2L 6AT CUV. That was the best selling CUV for a few years running.

Iisa lang naman may-ari ng Chevrolet Philippines at HARI

Sa mga probinsiyang may dealership ang Hyundai malakas pa rin sila mas marami pa ngang Eon dito sa Cagayan Valley kesa Wigo. Better service than Metro Manila dealers.

The Santa Fe is a very good vehicle, I can attest na mas maganda pa din ang handling and driving experience ng 2nd gen ko vs. my bluepower.

Pero this Santa Fe can be compared to the Camry and the Accord, every new model pataas ng pattaas ang presyo probably because it sells good sa first world countries like US and Europe.

1.8M yun stripped down version na 4x2 ngaun ng Kia Sorento, malamang 2M hit Neto Santa Fe sa bare model. With that and so many choices in the PPV segement, goodbye na talaga eto model na ito sa Philippines.

The totL Tucson crdi is at 1.8M tapos by order pa, malamang totL Neto Santa Fe 2019 will be at 2.5M. No way I will spend tha much on a Hyundai
