Sino pa ba bibile neto eh lahat ng bumili ng prev gen nag-complain sa FC. It's even a waste of time looking at it. 1M down the drain for something that has no value whatsoever

    "value" is subjective.

The 1.6L is good but not as good as cvt equipped 1.6L compacts.

Link to where this "lahat" bs is?

Porket meron nag sabi medyo mataas fc. Naging lahat na? Statistics was a good subject back in college. Need a refresher?

Yung Elantra Club Ph, based sa experience nila the current gen is matipid daw. Considering din kasi na ang mura lang ng 2.0L variant ng Elantra kaya mas mataas yung FC nya in general vs other model in the same class na puro 1.5/1.6L and engine displacement.
But as seen from the Club, very few talaga yung bumibili.

Actually, hindi lang to patay na threas. All Hyundai premium models patay na unlike before.

The santa Fe has just been lowered to to 1.6M. Malamang may dealer discount pa, for me that's grest value nya, pero parang all people are starstruck sa PPVs

Even the Tucson CRDi at 1.3M is great value. Coz it is as big as my previous Sant Fe.

Looks like Hyundai is heading towards downsizing soon

I also noticed this in Fronte, Banawe. Parsng few buyers na dun, looks like the mainstream owners have ditched their Hyundais and acauired the PPV revolution.

HARI became overconfident on their previous generation's market performance kaya feeling nila kahit mag mahal sila dudumugin parin sila. Well mas mura parin ng kaunti pero yung specs naman is super watered down. Imagine, sa Elantra Top Gear PH introduction video, halos lahat ng pinagmamalaki nilang features/toys is non-existent sa actual TOTL unit.

Try visiting the official Elantra page on hyundai.ph website "using your mobile phone", mapapa wow ka sa lahat ng features.
Tapos pag dating mo sa specifications, halos wala lahat nung main features hahahaha.

Pati yung signature DRL and Combination Rear LED lights na sana would make the new Elantra stand out in public, inalis rin nila.

While medyo reasonable parin yung price to specs ratio ni Elantra, sana hindi sila paasa sa adverts nila hahaha.

And while you can get all "advertised" features on Tucson, sobrang ridiculous naman nung price (2M+). Pero I agree, super sulit talaga nung Tucson 1.3M variant.

Elantra 1.6 is really efficient even against the mazda2 1.5 on Philippine roads.

The ride is fine, and, outside, it looks better than most. But that's all. I don't feel the torque and power delivery. Well, what can you expect from a compact. I need to floor the accelerator to overtake. It sounds fast because of the exhaust sound, but it just crawls.

I thought I was better off if I bought the 1400cc ZX14R or any of the Japanese super bikes, or add a little, the European counterparts.
