Which generation of Elantra? The early ones were made with Mitsu architecture.

korek sir otep...91-95 models are using 4G15 SOHC (8v)..though iba ang code niya, G4DJ ata ang gamit na code...same with early hyundai excel...

o, sino pa mga naka-elantra? old and new models, pasok na...

Iba ang codes na gamit ng Hyundai. Pati yung 4d56 nila DB-something ang tawag.

yap..kuleeeettt nga nung naghahanap ako piston ring para sa oto ko...ung dala ko'ng sample, parehong-pareho ng 4g15..hehehe, pero nung nagpakuha ako ng OEM Piston Ring from Hyundai, iba ang code..mas mahal pa, pero same lang ng mitsu's 4g15..so binili ko, ung pang mitsu na lang...mura pa..hehehe...

sir meron din ako ganyan 97' ang pyesa kung bago kelangan mo, kay fronte dun sa banawe tapos 5 tindahan oposite fronte yung surplus naman makakakuha ka,kung tiga norte ka naman dyan sa bulacan sa pulilan may importer din ng korean car dami sila surplus kelangan lang dala mo sample.hanapin ko address sa bulacan next time send ko, sige sir gawa ng subgroup

sir hindi yun.yung bodega nila parang sa dampol pulilan. then may tindahan sila ,siguro mga 2 k/m lagpas lang ng pulilan and drt highway junction on your leftside pag galing ka ng mla. importer sila ng mga korean surplus.yung elantra ko 1.6 na 97 pm kita pag nakita ko calling card nya

Owner of two J2 Hyundai Elantra Sedans, one with the 1.6L stock motor, the other with a 2.0, both manual tranny.

There are only but 2000 Elantras of all bodystyles in our country. We are a few and endangered bunch of owners.

Parts are a hassle! I am looking for the plastic part in the frame of the front door, for both sides. I can't find them anywhere, and even the casa does not want to get some!

Anyone souped up their Elantras?

nasa final stages na ata. bumpers sa harap at likod nalang kulang then dagdag na topcoat b4 buffing nalang daw. saka yung gulong pa pala. gagawin palang. will post pix here at don sa isa once it is done.

So what mods do you have for your Elantras. I have some, most notably a 2.0L Beta engine swap, Lightweight Flywheel, and Coilovers (that are being repaired at Cruven right now), as well as a few audio mods. Haven't clocked it at a dragstrip. Future mods planned when budget allows is a Disco Potato turbo setup, with planned WHP around 200, stock internals.
