Tomato red... Walang sub compact ang naglalabas ng red kaya medyo distinct pag red.

Would there be any chance that they will include other colors like silver/grey or other metallic color for the 1.8 variant? What's holding me of buying one is the lack of color choices. Black is definitely hard to maintain and the other two colors is unfortunately, not my type of color for a car because it's too bright for my taste. Most of my cars are silver/gold and silver/grey metallic tone.

Sigh!!

finally got to see the elantra this afternoon! there's a tomato red unit displayed in greenhills vmall. this is the 1.8 gls.

overall, i really liked what i saw! the rear headroom wasn't so bad. actually, di naman siya mababa like what was described in the other posts (i'm 5'11 btw). baka lang kelangan 6 footer talaga para maging insufficient.

i dunno if it's just me though or parang mas maliit nga siya sa FD? i have to take a second look kasi medyo nagmamadali ako and there were so many people ogling over the car.

i really think this will be my FD replacement this year. sayang lang i can only get one by late november/december. i'm hoping that they launch better colors/variants by this time (di lang ako masyado na-excite sa red/clean blue/black na colors for the 1.8). i'm interested to know about the performance. will there be a hatch version of this?? baka lang medyo hard to decide pagka lumabas yung accent hatch.

hoping that the new civic comes out later this year para may same class comparison. but hands down, this is my top choice given the same segment models in the market today!

The red elantra was displayed in a mall? Thousands of people (who most probably are not aware of the new elantra) got to see & sit in a car I've been waiting for 6 weeks? Bagal talaga ng dealer ko...
