Meron ako ako nakita light blue elantra sa Batangas kanina, going south sa highway...

Don't worry sir, I'm sure parating na din ang unit nyo... hindi na ako pwedeng magpalit ng dealer dahil fully paid ko na ung unit before I left last week... in-arrange ko na pipick-upin ko na lang talaga yung unit once I get back... based on the posts, mukhang marami tayo na tomato red ang color of choice...

I'm putting pressure to our Purchasing Group to release the Purchase Order of Tomato Red Elantra. Also, never-ending coordination with my SA to hold it for me because I reserve it first. I'll pay them a visit tomorrow and select my tint for the new car. I requested for VCool.

Err.. doubt that. Alam ko 3M Tint lang pinapamigay ng casa. If you're lucky, it'll be 3M Black Chrome. If not, Color Stable lang yan.

thanks sir, once nakuha ko na unit post ko mga pics, kagabi daw dumating mga unit sa dealer, baka bukas ko na makuha yung unit ko, depende kung may dumating na color na gusto ko clean blue, sabi ng hyundai baliwag wala daw dumating na 1.6 MT, puro 1.8 AT lang dumating kagabi, baka next month pa daw mga 1.6MT.

Baka dahil fully paid na ang unit kaya nag pursige dealer niyo na mauna ang unit ninyo sir. When kayo nag pareserve ng unit sir, sa MIAS? After ng MIAS ang reservation ko.

saw a light blue elantra this afternoon while driving along EDSA Northbound. It was beside me for a couple of minutes before going under the flyover in Kamuning/Kamias...I'm guessing it's for delivery sa Hyundai E. Rod.? Anyway, when I saw it, it really caught my attention and my expectations were met spot on! Ganda talaga ng exterior niya in actual! And yung size niya is very generous for its class! I immediately tried to estimate if mababa ba talaga headroom from my vantage point...baka nga mejo mababa if I sit at the rear considering I'm 6"0'. BUT, panalo talaga sa itsura! HAnds down ako, way way better than the new Civic, Mazda 3, and the others! Was initially deciding to get the TOTL Accent or the the 1.8AT Elantra...when I saw it kanina I immediately made up my mind na 1.8AT Elantra na lang talaga kunin ko! BEsides, the Accent's size might be small for my height, I think the Elantra would be just fine...anyway, I wouldn't be sitting on the rear seats naman since I'lll be driving it, so sana ok na talaga...so for the 1.8AT, 3 colors lang ba talaga lalabas?

After MIAS na din ako nagpa-reserve sir. Takot ako maubusan ng kulay kaya binayaran ko agad.. he he...
I'm planning on having 3M Black Chrome tint installed dahil maganda ang experience ko dito in terms of heat rejection. Dealer agreed to put this on (with additional fees of course). My concern is baka magkaroon ng interference sa glass-printed na FM antenna dahil me metallic content ang tint. I do not have this issue in my other ride, but then again, hindi naman kasi glass printed ang antenna noon..
Would appreciate any comments or suggestions...

AFAIK, 3 colors lang talaga ang available sa 1.8 AT: Phantom Black, Tomato Red, & Clean Blue
2 colors naman sa 1.6 MT: Ceramic White & Sleek Silver.
That was my only beef.. napaka-limited ng color choices.. astig ang black IMO kaya lang I dread the effort I have to put into maintaining it, kaya nag-settle na lang ako sa red...

sir tanong lang po, sure po ba na may dumating na 1.6MT sa agent mo? kaibigan ko kasi kukuha din ng ceramic white 1.6MT kaya lang next month pa daw ang dating ng mga 1.6? saang dealer po ba yan sir?

Nag reserve ako right after I saw the Elantra sa 1st day ng MIAS. Akala ko dealers prioritize buyers thru bank loans compared to cash buyers because banks sometimes give commissions to agents/dealers. Kung alam ko lang na mabagal iyong dealer na pinuntahan ko, sana inentertain ko pa rin mga texts ng agents from other dealers...

got word from my SA, nasa e. rod na daw ang tomato red na elantra ko... kaya lang june 9 pa ako makakabalik ng manila para kunin... aaarrggghhh!!!.. fast forward na....!!

Which E Rod branch ito sir, sa Quezon City or sa C5-Pasig?

In case anybody's interested, agent told me there's available blue & black units sa C5 Pasig branch

Its the one in QC... Hyundai E. Rod is the one in QC owned by Wheels Inc, the Hyundai in C5 is known as Hyundai Pasig even though its also in E. Rod Jr. (C-5)...

I asked Hyundai regarding this and according to them, there's no available accessories for now, maybe a couple of months accessories will be made available.

There are updates on Hyundai Elantra, the one year car insurance from Hyundai is now mandatory. Also, the next delivery batch of Hyundai Elantra will be on August 2011. I got this information today from Hyundai after my visit at their showroom.
