Hyundai erod is where i bought my accent, this is where i primarily go for service, including the countless times i've been going back and forth to fix the knocking problem with no results for the last 8 months. Service here is really slow, and im not kidding when i say slow, many times i have to leave the car overnight, sometimes for 2-3 days fixing the same problem only to get it back the same if not worse conditon than before. Regarding hyundai greenhills, i think i have ranted it somewhere in the santa fe thread. Service in greenhills is much faster than erod maybe because its a smaller dealership with less paperworks. Heck, they dont even bother making a checklist for your car. But my real concern is their lack of professionalism. Ok heres the overview,I brought my SF to greenhills for an appointment service, got there only to find out there were no mechanics, never bothered to call me not to come. Then when i got home customer service dept calls me and says why i didnt come for the service appointment. WTF! Lastly regarding hyundai otis, sales personnel are way too ignorant and knows nothing about the cars they're selling. Also looks poorly managed like hyundai greenhills. On top of that there are a bunch of horror stories from bad service. Some from these forums, others from personal experiences of friends. Otis has a habit of overcharging pms.
