So that's why. Wicked, but I won't do that to my ride.

good am, now into my 2nd full tank, reached 50 liters. First full tank should be the same, and ODO reading at 445km. It was a combination of city, highway and 1hr sleep in car (ignition-on and aircon). FC was the major factor choosing this car over the Chevy Cruze and Toyota Altis V. And of course, a plus on the looks.

To those who just got the new Elantra, congratulations !

While I was cleaning inside my Elantra, there was a sudden sound from the rear part on the driver's side of the car. Akala ko tinamaan ng basketball pero malayo na iyong mga dumaan. Tiningnan ko distance ng pinkataas ng gulong ftom the arch of the body frame above it. It was smaller by about 1 cm compared to the opposite side ng car. Ground clearance of the body frame on the left & right sides near the rear wheels also had that difference. Significant na ba ang 1cm difference of suspension between the left & right sides? If I test the shock absorber by pushing down the car, parang mas malambot sa rear ng driver side.

pachek mo nalang sa kasa, pag biglang lumagatok baka naputulan ka ng spring but this rarely happen. regarding sa shock mahirap i determine na masmalabot ang left sa right, since our rear suspesion is not independent.

Nakta nyo sir in person or online? The front logo & grille assembly doesn't look like the locally released Elantra.

Pwede! Kinda reminds me of the 17s on the later Limited Edition Vios (Rota Bolognia) though. But then, nonetheless, very nice.

I've travelled 4,408 km with fuel consumption of 11.34 km/L, about 60-70% highway. Last refill, it was 11 km/L at 90% highway. It's not enough that I'm gently cruising in 6th gear in my 1.8 GLS. I have to rev it up then ease down back to 2000-2500 RPM to get the best FC.

I also observed that this style works well. Get as much coasting after short bursts of acceleration. This however gets messed up once you get caught up in traffic. I also use the car's real-time fc calculator to continuously monitor the car's fc response.

Parang meron nga extra eco mode ang 6th gear by revving it up first. Medyo hassle lang trying to get maximum FC by driving & frequently glancing at the trip computer. 20 km/L is possible if you really want it with good traffic conditions
