I think the MDPS of the new elantra & Tucson are now mounted in the rack & pinion. No more rubber coupling to replace.

It has been really quiet here of late. Which probably shows how generally reliable this car is?
I just wanted to check in if anyone has found a real solution to the erratic idling issue.
I had an FD for 5 years, It's just like any other car. Pag tumatanda, nasisira. Yung engine support lagi nasisira. Yung aux fan sobrang ingay. I like the Kia/Hyundai 6-speed AT better than the FD's 5 speed. Parang kapos FD sa overtaking. But when it comes to steering I like the hydraulic PS of FD better than MDPS of Hyundai/Kia (not artificial feedback), kaya lang nag leak din w/in 5 years of ownership.
Hello noob car owner here and car is Elantra 2011 (1.8L AT variant).
I had my car checked and according to the mechanic it needs to have the ff changed: Engine Oil, Automatic Transmission Fluid, Drive Belt and Spark Plugs.
Question #1:
- Ok po ba Aisin engine oil and ATF? Saw these in Lazada:
5W-30 full synthetic oil https://bit.ly/2UVVzYa
4L full synthetic ATF https://bit.ly/2CC2M8Z
Question #2:
- Any idea kung ano oil filter niya? Cartridge o element type? What size?
Question #3:
- Is it true that only 4L is required for ATF change? Manual says AT is 7.3L pero sabi ng mechanic 4L lang?
Question #4:
- San po kaya makakabili ng murang iridium spark plugs in Banawe?
Thanks po sa sasagot!
Hingi sana ako ako ng feedback sa nagpalit ng projector-type from stock reflector type na head lamps (2011-2012 models). Wala po bang issues? Thanks sa mag-reply
