2011 Hyundai Elantra [MERGED]

This has been useful when we were deciding which car to get.

We got an Elantra and would like to share with you our experience - sana helpful most especially in getting an agent that you can really depend on.

We talked to several agents:
1. Tony Aguirre of Las Pinas Dealership - just got him from sulit.com. Maasahan si Tony - laging sumasagot sa inquiry, very helpful in getting better rates from the bank.

2. Hyundai North Edsa and Hyundai The Fort - very poor. I won't even dare mention their names. Nakakahiya kasi sa ibang agents na performance level sa pag benta. These two are the only dealership which did not offer any extra freebie (KAHIT FREE LTO WALA! HAHA!) aside from the standard ones. Wala din effort na "sige, try natin i-work on mababaan insurance..". Parang ayaw nila magbenta. I don't know if dahil ayaw nila since cash kami magbabayad (we decided to pay na lang in cash since nanghihinayang kami sa interest) or sadyang strictly no additional freebie/no value added service lang sila. AT! Kami pa ang parang naghahabol sa kanila - kami ang everyday nagf-follow up.

3. Diane Hipolito of Hyundai Pasig - this is the best agent we have transacted with by far. Let me enumerate the reasons why:
- swerte lang na when we called up Hyundai Pasig, Diane was the sales consultant available to pick up the call. That time, we were just inquiring about the price, freebie, etc. But we of course mentioned that we wanted Santorini Blue 1.6 A/T variant. After the call, wala na uli communication because we waited for Hyundai The Fort and Hyundai North Edsa for updates.
- Diane has the initiative to text us and inform us na meron na available na Santorini Blue sa Pasig. FYI text lang kumbaga.
- (since bad trip na kami sa Hyundai The Fort and Hyundai North Edsa) we decided na kunin na yung sa Pasig

Diane offered the best deal among all the agents/managers we talked to:
- standard freebies
- free LTO
- full tint na charge kami dapat ng 2K+, natawaran nya ng 800 na lang!
- backing sensor at a lower cost (yes, natawaran nya uli!)
- fog lamps at a lower cost (of cours, natawaran nya uli!)
- insurance na originally 35K, napababaan ng same sa offered ng BDO!
- at me after sales pa! she told us na pag pupunta kami sa casa let her know daw and sya na magaasikaso. yan ang agent!

We are very happy with Diane Hipolito of Hyundai Pasig. If not for her, up until now nasa dulo pa kami ng kung kanino mang dealership na listahan since napakahirap naman talaga kumuha ngayon ng Elantra kasi nga daw - mataas na ang demand dati pa, lalo pa ng nag car of the year (yey!).

Basta, nightmare talaga sa amin ang Hyundai The Fort and Hyundai North Edsa. Meron pa nga nagsabi sa amin when we told them na meron na sa Pasig na unit - "Ah, dun na lang kayo kumuha. Mahirap talaga ngayon magka-Elantra." Que Horror! Fine, di kami sa inyo bibili.
