its just a preference, but i like the blue because its light, light colors make car looks bigger, mas hindi dumihin hindi halata ang alikabok, especially silver. black is good but hard to maintain and prone to swirl mark when wiping, i like also the red and its common to many cars .the taillight design is not emphasized especially on the side since it is also red. but for me if i had to choose again, i like the bronze color somelike brown. like colors of santa fe ,ive seen it release by hyundai abad santos yesterday.

My thoughts, exactly. My first choice was black kaya lang naisip ko na baka nga mahirapan ako sa pag-maintain. Palagi ko pa naman naiiwanan si "ellie" when i go on field assignments. Clean blue was a far third dahil I was thinking na very common na ang light, metallic colors and ayoko ng nahihirapan paghanap ng kotse ko sa mga public parking lots. It turned out na majority pala (so far, based on the first few posters in the roster thread) ang nakasabay kong pumili din ng tomato red. No regrets naman, marami na actually ang nag-compliment na maganda raw ang pagka-pula ni "ellie".
The reason I put chrome highlights on my tail lights was as you mentioned - hindi nae-emphasize ang design ng tail lights, which I think is a pity dahil isa yun sa nagustuhan ko sa kanya: astig:evil:

btw, ako yung makasabay mo sir maksy sa SLEX 2 weeks ago. I was giving you a friendly honk, ewan ko lang kung narinig mo.

Finally saw the bronze one at Trinoma. Definitely my preferred Elantra color.

Thanks so much guys. So lahat talaga will choose Sam Pinto (Elantra 1.6 manual) over Sarah Geronimo (Accent 1.4 matic). Thanks so much for your opinions, 10 heads are indeed better than 1. Yung Elantra matic mejo lagpas na sa budget, this is to be my 2nd car kasi para pang everyday office. Isa lang kasi kotse ko ngayon Santa Fe 2.4 Gas, sayang pag mag-isa lang ako pero okay naman pang lakwatsa ng family w/ wife & 2 kids. Pero teka, totoo ba na may bronze na rin yung Elantra? If that is so, it will be so much easier for me to choose it over the Accent. Tnx!

May bronze na Elantra na. Yung dark blue din.

ito pala yung phantom black na elantra ko. ito yung natural pic lang hindi enhanced.
