    hope the price gets a little lower than what standout gives. what do you think are the differences from the base model to the hvx model? have been driving my family in a starex tci a/t for 7 years without a breakdown. just changed to gas shocks for a firmer but comfy ride. if i would change my starex, it would be this new grand starex if the price permits.

    Standout is located at E. Rodiguez corner Judge Jimenez near the shell gas station. The interior and exterior finish of the grand starex was superb. I only noticed that the seating arrangement was a little bit cramped. It would be better to remove the last row seat for better leg room and storage. They have two units on display but according to them they have 12 units na paparating pero reserved na raw yung 6.

    thanks. gave them a call LWB ang meron one year 15000km waranty(no climate control). talked to a seles personel from hyndai, he might have news of release date this week.

    Di ako nakapasyal sa Standout this weekend, sobrang busy.

    Yup, mukang promising ang pricing. Sana lang ilabas agad ng HARI dito yan kundi baka by the time na irelease yan, ganyan na ring ang maging presyo kung patatagalin nila.

    By the way, ano'ng makina nitong mga unit na may price quotation - yung 2.5 L diesel na 100 ps o yung 2.5 L diesel VGT na 170 ps?

    Its the 2.5L VGT with 174ps. Swerte nung mga maunang owners...

    these prices were based on units that are CBU's right?

    is the current starex locally assembled? or cbu rin?

    I am thinking the prices might go lower if it'll be assembled here in the PI. but if not, i dont think the prices from hari and gray market supplier would be verfy significant since the same tax and duties would apply. not sure though.

    CBU lahat ng Starex at saka walang plans ang HARI sa local production dahil ayaw pumayag ng Hyundai...

    Anyway for sure mga 4th quarter this year eh nandito na ang Grand Starex ng HARI-Hyundai..

    I think Hyundai will be launching promos to sell off most of its current Starex CRDi inventory before they officially introduce the VGT version. Pero if the gray market were to flood the local market with the new Grand Starex CRDi VGT, they might be forced to introduce it sooner than Q4! Whatever the case, this looks like another best-seller!

    Sana the gray market imports make HARI rush getting the New Starex here WITHOUT tempting them to overprice. While I don't doubt may bibili, I don't think ganoon karami -- mahal na kumpara sa GRX, malamang hindi pa tropicalized!

    what are the engines available for the Grand Starex. called Standout and a lady who answered the phone is not sure whether they retained the same engine or has a new one. all she knows is that there is an increase in horsepower. thanks.
