    Hmmm... Good question.

    Wiki only lists the Starex to have 2 generations: (Hyundai Starex - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)
    - First Gen 1997-2007
    - Second Gen (GS) 2007 - onwards.

    Makes sense somehow, coz the first to third generations did share the same body and parts.

    If this is the case, it could be at least another 3 years in the making.

    Wiki is not reliable. Baka taga saang lupalop lang nag-upload ng info sa wiki at dun sa isla/bundok/oasis nila e 2 modelo pa lang ng starex ang nakarating.

    Kung sabagay. Locally there are 4 generations of Starexes, right, GS being the 4th. The SVX (2-3 years, 1997 to 2000?), the Millenium (3 years, 2000-2003), the GRX (4-5 years, 2004-2008) and the GS (2008-?). The GRX had 2 iterations, both with the big eyes, but with a different grille. At 6 years running, the GS is the longest running generation.

    As i said there, I'm not an extended oil change interval guy. Sa tagal kong makapag-ipon ng 5tkms (8mos ata sa mainly city driving) baka bulok na langis sa 10tkms. Hehehe!

    What interests me is how much better the filtration of a baldwin would be vs oem. Anyone with a GS try it na?

    Just because you can go for extended oci with a baldwin and fs oil does it mean you should. But it may well give a good business case especially for the highway milers.

    Wala pa yata nakapag blank ng EGR sa Euro V. I attempted to do it kaso sabi ni Sir Zix di talaga pwede, sisindi yung CEL, kaya dun sa 2 Euro IV ko lang nagawa.

    Mga p350++ pala ang OEM filter. Tatlong palit halos pala vs Baldwin. Sayang din since 5k kms ako magpalit.

    Kung 40k yun, magtitiaga na lang ako mag bukas ng bintana tapos manual fold na lang. Eh yung TCI variant na hindi power side mirror, pwede din ba palagyan yun?

    Mga smaller cars pwede pagtyagaan open windows para manual fold. Pero sa gs napakahirap. Sa lapad niya kahit full stretch ko from the drivers seat hindi ko abot hehe. Useful ang auto fold when negotiating tight spaces. Ilang beses ko narin nagamit, kung hindi wasak na ng now mga signal repeaters ko sa side mirror hehehe
