saw the recommendations sa team hyundai phil din kaya decided to get the GS sa pitstop. Hindi nagbago yun takbo until the 35k km check-up at finally nakita na defective yun turbo wastegate at pinalitan under warranty.

I would really insist that pitstop change the parts under warranty. Sana palitan na lang nila under warranty but if they dont then i have no choice but to file a complaint sa DTI or haul them to court.

I take here that you meant rear (brake) pads bro...

Ilan pala fuel consumption mo?

Actually, the farthest I was able to drive it up north is Bolinao, via Alaminos. And south is Naga & Pili, Camarines Sur.....

Thanks bro. This is news to me.

Fuel consumption is about 8-9km/l city driving after they replaced the wastegate but before that around 6 km/l din. Pitstop still insists that its not under warranty na daw kasi classified daw yun part as a moving part.

Hyundai gave the 5 year warranty kasi they believe na ganun kaganda ang mga parts nila, ngayon kung bumigay within that period dapat lang palitan at wag ng magbigay ng kung anu-ano pang reason. Ang haba nga nun details ng parts na hindi kasama sa warranty booklet nila and hindi kasama dun ang rack-end and tie rod. Sinusunod mo naman regular preventive maintenance sa Pitstop then they have no reason to deny such claim under warranty.

Will ask him again but kung ayaw talaga i-honor yun warranty then have to formalize my complaint sa DTI. At least kung ano man ang ruling na gagawin clear sa lahat ng concerned kung ano yun dapat or hindi dapat i-honor ng warranty.

    Ot: for pitstop motors.
Medyo mataas pms nyo. Ask your customer if they want your additional chemicals etc for cleaning. Mataas din cost of labor. And please educate your supervisor well, wag puro komisyon ang nasa isip sa service, be humane. I have nothing against pitstop. Paki ayos mabuti. Thank you.
More power pa rin sa pitstop motors. Best value naman talaga mga GS nyo.

Alarming and at the same time irritating yang balita na yan.

*yebo, would high powered LEDS for the reverse light still not be enough?

*mda, mabigat talaga ang GS. Even its 170 horses are given a thorough workout if you want all out speed.

    Hi guys!

Ask ko na din dito if anyone of you tried pms sa pitstop motors qave recently ng grand starex? Did they offer to put a silicone oil sa clutch assembly fan to prevent overheating daw and to have a cooler aircon?

How much tire pressure nilalagay nyo sa gulong? When i checked the sticker near the door its 42 psi in front and 42 psi in rear. Its a 17 inch mags by the way, And yung recomended ng hyundai korea ay 42 psi per tires. Pero isnt it the 42 psi is too high sa recomendation nila?
Takot ko lang if i reduce the psi baka mabilis ma worn off gulong ko kasi below recomended tire pressure na
    Grateful for your help guys

I only put 30-32psi on my tires. Even on SUVs, I don't go over 32psi.

Wala bang accelerated wear and tear sa front tyres mo, bro? ...

Relatively, mas mabigat kasi ang unahan natin(compared to gasoline engines), dahil nga diesel ang makina....
