Mileage on our tires is around the same, 40TKm+. Brand is Nexen, size is 215/65r17. I think ok na yung mileage mo bro. Looks about average.

Yup, yung amin 45TKm may 1.5mm pa to tread wear indicator pero pinalitan na namin. Kaya pa siguro nun makaabot ng 50Tkm kung dahan dahan lang. Prefer ko actually lower mileage na mas makapit na tires.

top speed ko na 180kph sa sctex at 3am, walang huli tulog pa yung nagpapatrol

miss ng mga bata kasi pag nag long drive kami nilalatagan ko ng matress yung space between 2nd and 3rd rows na naka face sa likod yung 2nd row. di na daw sila nakakatulog sa byahe. iba din kasi luwang ng gs. i asked the wifey kung bibili kami ulit if a new starex comes out maybe 2018 model sabi naman nya di na daw. by that time our eldest will be driving na kaya baka small cuv na ulit ang bilihin for her at yung sorento ang "practice car" ng new driver. sabi ko naman bilhan ko ng 3rd hand car at yun ang gawin na bump car.

Sabi na 180 hehe. Sarap naman maging anak mo, too late na ba magpa ampon? Gusto ko rin ng bump car. Kami naman problem pag nawala ito wala nang makakargahan pag namili ng bulky items. Yung pickup can only carry so much.

when i turn on the aircon. the signal light and headlight high beam lights up steadily in the dash. and the signal light in the exterior is steady on also. but no high beam headlight outside.

when i press the horn. it will have a feint sound. but not strong enough to be heard by cars outside. definitely grounded but dont with what.

when i turn off the aircon. the signal light and the headlight high beam in the dash will turn off too. and horn still feint beep.

but when i use the signal light both light in the dash blinks but the one that is on the opposite of the signal is feint light.

i have taken out the horn wires in the horn. press horn. the signal light and the headlight high beam in the dash will light up corresponding to the press of the horn.


when i turn on park light. park lights turns on but when i turn on headlight theres no healight or parklight, inky the signal light is on.

Sarap! 180kph at SCTEX.

Tagal ko nang hindi na-i-Italian tuneup yung GS. Mostly city drives. Kelangang ma-decarbonize para tanggal usok. May lumalabas na light gray pag biglang harurot.

Just changed my brakes the other day. 45t kms na si GS. Front brakes lasted 35t kms, rear 30t kms.

update guys... sent the van last week to the suking talyer.

after 3 days of checking all the wirings in the dashboard. they went thru the engine bay and then found the culprit.

it was the main ground from the chassis. this is at the driver side bumper.

i had a set of them big bosch horns installed. in another suking auto supply.

the installer mounted the horns on the main ground hole and relocated the main ground to another hole with a not so good bolt and possibly paint was not stripped for good contact and have loosened up. and so after returning it to original ground points. i have been driving the van for 3 days now and everything is now good.

so, if almost everything is acting up in the dashboard without popping a check engine light. check for Bad Grounds.

*have already complained to the owner and talked to the installer that they should not touch the factory wires. as a lesson/experience.

Whoa! What a ground can do.... thanks for sharing.

Actually i have a blinking dash light issue myself. Sometimes it's a combo of hazard lights and brakes, or hazard lights while the park lights are on. The clock light and dash lights sometimes blink with the hazards.
