Hello good afternoon po mga sir, mag ask lang po sana ako ng opinion nyo kasi our family is planning to buy a new GS, and we're still undecided kung saan ba kukuha ng unit, sa Grey Market dealers or sa HARI. Nakavisit na kami sa HARI Greenhills last Sunday and choice namin dun ung 12 seater WGT CRDi GLS M/T, and we're planning to visit Hancars and Standout this Saturday. Pwede ko po bang mahingi sa inyo ung opinion niyo sa pros and cons on each of these two, tsaka kung saan po na Grey Market dealers mas preferable (Standout, Pitstop, Hancars or if may others pa po) ? Sa GS gray market is really the way to go. Tatlo ang GS namin sa family at lahat yon gray market pero kung M/T ang gusto mo, mukhang walang M/T sa gray market, ang alam ko A/T lang lahat ng gray market.

Actually po gusto namin kasi 12 seater na A/T kaso sa HARI available lang M/T for 12 seater.. pero kung available ung A/T 12 seater sa gray market un po siguro choice namin. saang dealer niyo sir na acquire ung GS nyo?

EGR BLANKING for b-new GS....
Ask po sana ako ng opinion.. I got a 2-week old GS-Gold from HARI and I am considering of blanking the EGR.
Ma void po ba ang warranty?
Sana po ma bigyan nyo po ako ng advise.

Is the 2013 GS from HARI already Euro V? If it is, then blanking might take a while as no Euro V GS of folks who post here has been blanked yet. ZIX888 and the Euro V owners are still working on this.

Re warranty, per se, yes it's voided, because you are introducing a change to the engine. However, casa catching you with a modification is another story. A blanking plate is discreet so they won't notice that during oil changes and regular PMS. If you have a major repair done for the EGR, however, remove the blanking plate so they don't see it. Warranty is still good then.

^^ if you block the egr then it will not get clogged with soot anymore, so i doubt there will be any repairs needed on it.

for 1000kms oil change ano mas ok mag mobil delvac mx muna ako up to 5k and up to 10k bago mag fully synthetic or fully synthetic na agad ?

Sir IMm29 , thank you so much po sa info. I am not sure if EuroV na to. I failed to ask. Naisipan ko po kasing i blank ang erg coz yung Montero ko ang lake ng pagbabago after na blank ang Egr. Salamat po ulit.

Well, that's another way to look at it.

For as long as they don't touch the pipe where the blanking plate is, they won't know about it, and your warranty is good.
