Filled up last night and did my computation
Wow, 7.1km per liter on my GS TCI AT.
I remembered later I filled up with P500 a few days ago.
Deym 5.5km per liter na....
He he he, but more like it....
Upgraded the rear speakers to pioneer coax. Kaya pala ayaw paupgrade ng manong sa unang shop dahil mahirap pala palitan. Need to remove the whole panel

Update lang sa GS ko na nasa casa. I can't believe that he is saying that it will take until tomorrow without any assurance.
So they already tried to replace the rheostat switch so it was not the culprit. I am not an Engineer but i happen to know car systems from years of owning them.
Besides the switch, wiring harness & cluster gauge. Meron pa ba?
I asked them if they already tried replacing the cluster. Wala daw silang pampalit. Kaya ayun isa isa nila chinecheck yung harness. [emoji36]

I am filing a complaint on Hyundai Pasig. Normally im very patient with this kind of blunders pero sobra na sila. Let me consolidate my issues with my GS.
HARI
1. Rheostat (dash dimmer doesnt work)
2. Door guide fell off
Non-HARi
1. Cd stuck inside
2. Rear view camera not working
Anyway here is the complete story:
I brought the car early morning Thursday since it was coding. I told the issues one to the SA. He took note of the issues.
Strike no 1: this supplier made me wait for three weeks kasi as per the SA "iniipon" nila yung complaints. Kahit na sa Laguna pa ang HQ nila this is not acceptable.
Strike no 2: that thursday i still went to the office. I was so busy that i forgot to follow up on them. But wait they should update me, right? It was already 4pm and no one called me. So i called this SA. He was apologetic but still this counts as strike no 2
Strike no 3: according to the SA, supplier arrived late in the afternoon! they were not able to take a look on my unit. Still strike pa din sila.
So Hari did their usual troubleshooting and was able to pinpoint the headunit as the culprit. Well this is a plus point to them.
Strike no 4: Friday. head unit supplier arrived late in the afternoon. Again. They committed to replace the unit with a brand new one. By this time i was already impatient. SA begged me to extend until Saturday. I gave them another chance.
Strike no 5: tumambay na kami ng pinsan sa Hyundai Pasig para tutukan ang progress. I was happy when the SA reported na ok na daw. So i went to inspect the vehicle. Rear view camera working. Check. CD inside was recovered. Check. Dash dimmer still not working. We called the supplier to come. He admitted that the issue was beyond his expertise and he was going to escalate this to his HQ. Which means i have to wait again. SMH.
Strike no 6: my GS has half black half tan dash & sidings and the tan part was very prone to dirt. I noticed they were a lot of smudges on the front fog light switch area. I pointed this out to the SA. What he did really surprised me. He took my microfiber cloth which was on the driver door pocket and attempted to wipe it out himself. It was grease so just wiping will not remove it. My point is if you really want to clean it you will bring it back inside and ask your guys to clean it right. Its very obvious they want to get rid of me. And another thing , i dont know if this considered as strike but on thursday i brought the car dirty. Last 5000PM i brought the car also dirty and it came out clean. Is it because they are not earning from me thats why they didnt clean my car. Hmmm
During this time i was very frustrated. Out of frustration i forgot to check if the 4th issue was done. (Door guide) i only noticed this when i was at the carwash and checked on the sliding door. So guess what, strike no 7.
What i did was to detail all of this to the FB page of Hyundai Pasig & Hyundai Philipppines. So far Hyundai pasig already replied.

Previously I use Hyundai-North EDSA, after several problems Im changing casa.
is a local "makinis" 2014 GS VGT/AT SS a good buy? 30000kms. stock, no tv or rear cam even, family use, mostly owner driven.
it has rear disk brakes and ABS which the 2017 mid variant lacks even if its SRP is 1.7M.

Tumawag yung Sales Manager tsaka SA asking kelan daw ako available. Dalhin ko uli this coming Saturday. Sana ma-resolve na yung issue.
Napansin niyo ba na maingay yung lock tab sa sliding doors kapag nalulubak? Nakakairita. [emoji23]

Newbie question
Paano ma certify 2014 Gs "vgt" kung walang badge sa likod? May markings ba sa loob (with tachometer for example) or name plate sa engine compartment.
Same din kung Abs equipped. Hindi ko makita yun parang box na puro pipes na normally na associate ko na ABS thing.
Hi, can someone help me with this. Kanina pag uwi ko galing Antipolo napansin ko to pag open ko ng hood. May hindi nakasaksak na wire which i never know kung saan nanggaling at dapat naka kabit. Pa send po sana pictures ng engine bay niyo. Yung sakto sa radiator cap banda, sa ilalim. Thanks
