Have a review for the i10 up... criticism and comments welcome.

Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
Hi Hyundai i10 owners!
Which of the dealerships yung nagbibigay ng defective units? We are thinking of getting one to save gas, but I need to make sure, before any serious contemplations are made, na hindi kami mapapapunta sa dealer na may defective or has bad customer service...
Thanks and more power to you and your tsikots!
Hi all! Am very much interested in the 1.2 AT version. Which dealership would you recommend that gives the best deal and would not likely have lemons on stock?
Thanks in advance!
i'm going to get my i10 1.2L A/T next week!!! I sold my Mazda 626 2.0L v6 kasi sobrang mamaw sa gas.
Am planning to get Black

guys,
before considering buying hyudai i10 kindly think it twice or thrice before deciding.
First consider the fuel consumption especially for a/t, like i said before mine is 1.1 a/t and im only getting 8 km/liter.
Cguro pag m/t wala tayo issue sa f/c.
Kasi for me, ang reason ko for getting this one is para makatipid, i was expecting at least 11 km above since sabi nila m/t is around 15 km /l. Pero malakas talaga yung automatic nila.
So sacrifice ako sa liit ng size nya then di ka pa compensated sa f/c, for me it is really unfair.
IMO.
Just two weeks ago, yung friend ko naka honda city, moving sila going to makati sa edsa, walang kaabog abog binangga ng taxi sa likod, yun, pisa ang likod ng kotse at ang lakas ng impact sa loob. Nakatulog yung taxi driver.
Simula noon, napaisip ako na pwde mangyari sa akin yun, kung i 10 ang dala ko cguro mas malaki ang impact, kasi walang likod and cgurado yung sakay sa likod.
Kaya nga medyo hesitant na ko to use the car kasi nga maliit sya.
So if given a choice mas maganda yung may likod or sedan.
My intention is to share lang, not to discourage you guys. baka makatulong lang.
Until now, kumakatok padin yung right side sa likod, malapit na mag 5t mileage para mapa tune up and service.
good day sa tsikot members.![]()
Well normally pair a 4 speed automatic with a small engine and you get terrible fuel economy. Smaller engines have to rev higher (aka burn more gas) to achieve a certain speed and pair it with only 4 gears and that compounds the problem. Buy only the MT for small cars like this one. AT are good for cars with bigger engines since they rev less on a given speed.
I have an i10 1.1L A/T. In terms of fuel consumption, i get by average 12 to 13km per liter. I observed it can do about 14 to 15 kpl , but mostly highway driving. What i do is keep it at 70kph sa highway, max na 80kph to keep it within 2000 to 2500rpm. Any higher makes consumption go bad.
City driving, dont rev too fast, just enough to get you to 3rd gear quickly, then stay light on the pedal after.
This is my first hatchback, and I noticed when i pass by uneven surfaces (like cracked asphalt or uneven asphalt sa edsa), I hear rattles near the trunk area (or hatch area). I tried taking the container tray at the back and made sure that the spare wheel and tools are secure, still i hear the noises. I dont think its kalampag because i tried rushing on road humps and did not hear the rattles.
Maybe its the plastics in the car, i think there's too much of it and some are not bolted by screws, rather by plastic button fasteners only.
Do i10 owners is this forum experience the same? or does the noise at the hatch common to these types of cars?
for sure it will be. it will be too costly to replace start/stop ignition (along with its accessories) just to go back to turn-key.
But yeah, i had a full refund for my i10 dahil nga lemon unit ang nakuha ko.
