Pre, ung pic you post is still the current Hyundai Tuscani (local name) coupe model. The soon too be release facelift model (spyphoto) is shown below. This model was based sa concept car called HCD8 supercharge 2.7L V6 engine developing a whopping 240Hp (180Kw). 0-100Km about 6 secs. Another innovative feature on the HCD8, which could be used in the Tiburon, is adjustable ride height. Air suspension allows for ride height adjustment up to a maximum of four inches.
The vehicle can sit low for high-speed touring or can be raised to handle inclement weather, avoid parking wheel stops, handle a car wash or any other situation where additional ground clearance is needed. (ung ibang pics are HCD8)

The current 2.7L ELISA specs as follows:
    ps/rpm = 175/6000
    kg.m/rpm =25/4000
    6 speed M/T

The pics you posted kasi are not production models pa. I think Sir Henderson said that he was eyeing on the current FACELIFTED version which hasn't arrived here pa.

Sorry hindi clear ung post ko. Ung unang picture ay 2006 model soon to be released in Korea. Same engine specs, only facelifted ung body. The rest of the pictures were HDC8 concept car na according to Hyundai, ang engine niya (2nd pic from left) will be fitted sa 2007~2008 tuscani model. :thanx:

These prices are a little expensive for the Tiburon. From what i know, in the states, they sell less than 1million pesos. less than 20K dollars. Napakamahal d2! The coupe is a nice car though..very sporty looking. From what i've heard, the backseats are uncomfortable... n that they probably just added it so it would be "family friendly".. but its more like a 2seater. They make less than 200HP, they are between 130-170ish HP. The most fuel efficient model they have is the GS..which can do about 24/30 miles per gallon (idk about liters). Then the other higher end models go less than 20mpg in the city n around 25mpg hiway.

I'd get one if i could. It's a little pricey though..then if what someone said earlier was true .. u gotta pay cash.. n there's no warranty? I'd wait til they learn to respect the customer's point of view on that subject. But, it's a great looking car .. n probably a good car to own.

That is a lot. But I doubt that's the right figure. More sophisticated, low displacement and supposed-to-be-thrifty engines from Toyota and Honda could achieve that figure with a light foot.

Hyundai engineers have been watching too much Top Gear, that's why they've come up with a chassis that looks like a British Sports car (TVR? Aston Martin? Morgan?). Even the names they give to their cars, they've come up with names seemingly derived from iconic British sports cars (Tuscani? Elisa?).
