2000 starex svx

Hi, I'm helping out a friend to check and buy a starex (innova - other option), but I myself don't know what to inspect, so I'm asking your help on this.. thanks

2000 Starex SVX at 360T..

newly overhaul, cold aircon, all power and electronics working..

but.. The rear floor aircon is not cold.

How do we check if the overhaul was done good/well? should we test drive the unit on uphill?

the vents on the floor are for the heater,, the rear aircon vents are on the ceiling of the starex just above the drivers head..

For me, i have reservations with overhauled engines. Starex engines are known to be reliable, i had mine over 160k kms without any overhauling and injection pump calibration. Why not ask you're friend to consider other starex with low mileage that's never been overhauled, sounds and runs much better. But thats just me
