    I have a honda civic 2002 which i recently bought last october 4
    It has a 118k odo reading
    I was wondering what oil should i use:
    1. Mineral
    2. Semi synthetic
    3. Fully synthetic

    Please help

    ^^^ Just use semi-synthetic and change oil every 5k to 6k KM. I used Shell Helix HX7 5w40 on my 6th gen Accord before and it was quite good.

    I'll go out on a limb by saying that since this is already a relatively old car, you should use the Honda VTEC LEV 5W40 oil, otherwise known as the "Red Cap".

    They're cheaper online and you can just have the service done through your nearby Servitek or a gas station mechanic.

    The other synthetic oil they have is the Honda 0W20 (Green Cap). DON'T use that.

    mineral oil SL (and above) rating 5w40 or 10w40 ok na every 5k/6 months, do not use 20w50, mabigat ang andar ng makina.
