    mga tsikoteers bago lang ako...

    may gusto lang kasi akong maliwanagan about sa mga Honda Car parts,

    kasi sabi ng magulang ko at tito ko na nagwork dati sa Toyota na mahal daw ang parts ng Honda kaysa sa Toyota.

    Pakiliwanag naman po etong mabuti...thanks. Im hoping for your kind response...

    Oo nga naman. Ano ba talaga ang totoo? Dapat ang sumagot nito yung talagang may ari dalawang brand ng sasakyan at saka dapat current pricing. hindi yung dalawang taon pa o noong 19++ pa para ung comparison ay consistent. Dapat medyo same level/category ng car. Halimbawa..City & Vios, Corolla and Civic or CRV/RAV-4.

    Lastly dapat pricing should be from similar source like Toyota casa vs Honda casa and finally the parts that should be compared are the same parts.

    imho.... slight difference lang and parts ng honda sa ibang cars.

    I think noong araw masasabi mo na mura ang pyesa ng Toyota, dahil na din sa surplus at 3rd party manufacturres, (Naging kasabihan na din)

    Pero ngayong bago na din technology nila. at Hinid masyado makahabol ang "Replacement parts" tingin ko pareho na lang.

    Para sa akin, just a matter of availability. As Car owner you should expect to pay high sa maintenance compared to your old car.

    sir ask ko lang anu ba pipiliin mo Honda Car or Toyota Car? why? sensya na sa tanong ko sir ah..kasi gusto ko lang maliwanagan eh. at e2 sana sasabihin ko sa magulang ko kung bakit ayaw nila ng Honda.

    reliability wise, imho, i will choose a toyota car.

    that is because bro that my "former" company only allows honda cars as part of our car plan benefits. now that i got out of my former employer, i am considering other options.

    Yung "legend" na mas mahal ang parts ng Honda owes its beginnings to the time when bihira kang makabili ng piyesa ng Honda sa labas, kaya pwesado ka sa casa bumili. Tapos nung nagkaroon ng replacement parts sa Banawe, medyo may kamahalan, kasi konti pa lang ang Honda owners.

    Now, I don't think it holds true anymore. Parts for my Accord are only marginally higher than those for the Toyota Corona (whether original or replacement). Besides, I only buy OEM for critical parts (T-belts, oilseals, etc), the rest replacement na.
