    help guys, problem on my '98 city matic... super lakas sa gas... and delayed shifting daw... how can i fix this? very limited budget...

    You may try changing your transmission oil (ATF-Z1), it may cure the delayed shifting syndrome specially if the oil has not been changed for a long time (recommended change interval is 40k mileage).

    Have the car undergo a tune-up too (change spark plugs, engine oil/filter). Clean or replace the air filter element so that the car will be able to breathe better and have better fuel economy.
