I recently acquired a 2nd hand 2003 CRV A/T. First time ko makahawak ng Honda, having used Toyotas for many years.

Kung meron man, masyadong mahina talaga. Ano kaya ang problema? Do I need to replace the stock rubber antenna at the top rear?

LOST OR FAULTY REMOTE KEY -- Kung sakaling mawala o masira ang remote control fob, paano mapapaandar ang auto? May paraan ba to override the remote?

Maayos naman ang takbo over all.

By the way, baka meron sa inyo dyan na owner's manual. Pahingi naman. Wala kasi ako makita sa internet.

I would appreciate your inputs and suggestions. Thanks in advance

on the radio, ganyan lang talaga gen 2, medyo marina reception. on the key, and dapat may umiilaw na key sign sa dash to signify na its working. aircon naman, kung mainit pa rin kahit full blast and ok lang to modify sayo get a Japan surplus cooling coil. sigurado hindi ka na maainitan kahit tanghali Tapat.

maintenance naman, ok lang kahit ano engine oil. mas ok fully synthetic and kahit ngk plugs are ok. routine 80k timing belt fan belts fuel filter tune up crank and cam seal tappet and check for leaks. for the atf, and it's best to get original honda atf kahit mahal kasi medyo sensitive matic ng honda. atf from outside the casa might risk the whole tranny

i change head unit and it has its own antenna placed under the rear view mirror.

LOST OR FAULTY REMOTE KEY -- Kung sakaling mawala o masira ang remote control fob, paano mapapaandar ang auto? May paraan ba to override the remote? Yung dating Toyota ko kasi, may naka install na alarm (Autopage). i dont use my stock remote key. i have installed an after market alarm system, so use the remote of that. secondly, walang alarm ang CRV 2003, keyless entry only pero wlang alarm.

nakuha ko CRV * 67k, now im about 80k., i had my reliable mekaniko where in i bring the car for check up or if anything is wrong. i use Idemitsu fully synthetic 5w30. didnt chage any spark plugs yet, oil filter kasama lagi yan pag nag-change oil,air filter nililinis lang ng hangin,

By the way, baka meron sa inyo dyan na owner's manual. Pahingi naman. Wala kasi ako makita sa internet.

I would appreciate your inputs and suggestions. Thanks in advance

Malamig aircon ng gen 2 crv, mine is at 100k kms, have no problem sa lamig. I would recommend have the aircon cleaned, replace evaporator, etc.
