Replace mo yung o-ring nung drain plug. Walang leak when its hot due to the rubber expanding sealing the leak

Raplace the whole drain plug, not the o-ring only. Madami sa auto supply, just bring the sample, 30-50 pesos lang bili namin dati (that's for an Adventure).

you can also try rtv hi temp sealant
drain mo muna and make sure dry and clean yun area
madali parin tanggalin incase pag coolant flush time na

Much better yung teflon as temporary fix... better to replace the o-ring or the plug itself.. be warned though that if the plug is already brittle it can explode leading to massive loss of coolant
