February 11th, 2010 10:56 AM #1mga guys got problem sa civic 96 ko, when pushing my clutch tumataas rpm nya kahit nabitawan ko gas at clutch again. bumababa lng pag huminto nanaman sa takbo.. wat kaya sakit nya guys

Check your gas accelerator cable for worn out or spray wd 40 to lubricate the cable inside.

My suspect for your problem is that you have a worn trust bearing. It sis the bearing on the ends of your crankshaft that holds you crankshaft on its axial trusts. If these are worn or not lubricated, either of the bearing will seize giving load to your engine. When you press the clutch, you tend to push your main shaft axially relieving the bearing, so us relieving the engine load, in effect is a higher RPM...you follow so far?
The next more is to test your engine by tilting your car in both ways..If it affects the rmp, you need to overhaul...but if its ok, there may be other cause...but my best guess its that one..
