Ask lang po ako, im trying to upgrade my civic 08 headlight, kaso hindi ko alam kung anu un mga ilalagay ko, naguguluhan po ako between projector lights, HID lights and Angel Eyes. Can someone explain this to me and their prices. Which are recommended. New car owner lang po ako.

Projector lamps are the headlamp housing exclusively designed for H.I.D lights:
Angel Eyes are simply the halo-like lighting as replacement for your parking lights:
H.I.D is the bulb and ballast you upgrade to which emits a brighter glow and consumes less electricity than conventional halogen bulbs. Eto yung nakakasilaw kung wala kang projector lamp housing to focus the beam.

Projector lamps has good directional focusing compared to your conventional set kaya nga mas marami ngayon gumagamit nito.

Projector lamps are also considered as one of the most dramatic ways to update the look of any car.
Kung gagamit ka ng HID, get a projector set para hindi ka maka-offend ng oncoming motorists with its glare.

Not sure bro, since meron ka na HID hinde na siguro nagkakalayo ang presyo. Better ask our member on other thread. Ayaw ko mag drop ng names kase pareho sila magaling mag install ng projector. Try to visit on 'Car Lights and Lamps Talk' thread at hinge ka ng quotation, meron na lang mag pPM sayo

If you're not upgrading the looks of your car and all you need is better visibility at night, then you can have HID's installed outright. There are types that already have built-in low and high beams. A friend did this for his '00 CRV. Kinuha niya sa Blade yung brand na Dub, total cost: P7,900 w/ 2yrs warranty, kasama na rin ang installation.
With projector types, kailangan mong bilhin ng hiwalay yung low and high beam or you can just have low beams installed, and retain halogens for the high. Ganyan ang ginawa ko for my Volvo w/c has projector type headlights. Sa sobrang sikip sa loob ng engine bay, nahirapan maghanap ng makakabitan ng ballast yung installer. Cost for 1 set low beams: P5,500. Multiply that by 2 if you want high beams as well.
Somewhat expected from a rushed car from a first time carmaker
