hi, im planning to buy honda crv 2009 pero di pa din sure, sa mga owners, ano po ung FC ng cr 2009 nyo?

im choosing between honda crv 2009 vs honda civic 2009. though i know different categories sya, ano po ba mas ok sa dalawa?

    ano dn FC ng civic?

ako lang ang sasakay sa car, ako lang mag isa sa house, im stil a student, and my way is sampaloc/espana to mendiola, ano po kaya ang FC pag ganun ang distance. hehe

this will be my firt car kaya ang hirap mag decide. thnks.

Since you're a student and you will be alone most of the time, best option is the civic. It's much easier to drive since it's smaller than the CR-V

The fuel consumption of the Civic FD is

    > City = 8km/l
    > Mixed ( H-way / City ) = I topped up at 11km/l

BTW, what variant of the Civic will you get ? The 1.8 V / S or the powerful 2.0 S

Because if the 2.0S is going to be your pick, a lancer ex GT ( A ) comes in to my mind.

    BTW just a reminder.

Please do avoid using sms/txt language here in tsikot forums.

    Thanks !

Mas malakas ang fuel consumption ng Honda CRV. 2.4 liter engine. I dont know the exact km per liter but my friend is complaining about fuel consumption.

Who buys an SUV and complain about FC? :/

    I find it quite ironic.

    To the TS:

Get a Civic 1.8 nalang if you want good FC.

Get the SUV if you want the cargo bay / higher ground clearance.

Jazz ka na lang para combination of the two. Since sub-compact dali pa pasikotsikot sa espana at parking.

Civic FD is good compromise for fuel mileage and good looks.

But if you or you parents, can afford to get the CR-V, then get this car instead. Im guessing your parents would be paying for the car, sulitin mo na bro.

There's a 300K price difference between CR-V and Civic, I would only get the Civic FD if i can save the 300k for myself. Or better yet, Honda Jazz na lang.

If your'e opting for a manual transmission, you would be happier with CR-V 2.0L as it comes with 6-speed transmission. Oh joy!

if sampaloc , espana or mendiola dapat mas mataas kotse mo dahil madalas bumaha dyan, mas prefer ko crv. fc hndi yan masyado nagkakalayo. if particular ka sa fc dapat diesel engine like fortuner or montero sport

    fortuner ko 2.5 g diesel, 8.2 km/l
proj8 to ust balikan 70pesos lng gastos ko

please help, honda crv 2009 and civic 2009
