May 9th, 2010 10:58 AM #1Hello po, I'm just new in this forum and I want to ask if okay pa bang bumili ng Honda Esi 95 model these days? Balak ko kasing bumili this month.
Thanks

May 9th, 2010 11:42 AM #2IMO add some nalang and get an EK.
Chances of mechanical/electrical problems are much less.

Yung gusto mong ESi ang tawag dyan, EG.
Yung gusto ni MDA, EK tawag dun ... may hatchback version siya BUT it wasn't released locally hence imports lang ang mga iyon dito. Pero, may sedan version siya which was locally released here.
Here's the hatchback version ...
And eto naman ang sedan.
SiR iyan, BUT meron pa yan 2 variants. LXi at VTi.
The SiR comes with a B16a engine. ;)

May 9th, 2010 01:14 PM #5Yeah the reason why I'd rather the EK is because that the EG (ESi) is a lot older than the EK - therefore, the chances of finding one in good running condition will be relatively less as compared to finding a good running EK body.
Expect to fork over somewhere between 200-250k for an EK (whether VTi or LXi. The SiRs will cost you a lot more)

AE101 GLi.
Pero I think you're more inclined on the porma-look so I guess you would have to stick to your choice.

Ingat na rin sa mga flooded units. My classmate has a 95 ESi na na-ondoy hanggang bubong. They were able to restore it pero di nagtagal, aircon naman ang nasira.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
