hi guys!

i have a 96 manual civic and lately i've been experiencing some sort of problem when driving.

driving at low speed, like at 2nd gear only and around 30 km/h the car suddenly feels like i'm shifting it at a lower gear or engine breaking and then goes back to it's normal feel.

this has been happening with or without the AC.

any theories?
