There are a lot of sellers of Jazz OEM rims. But your 16k budget for the rims and tires might be too cheap.

I sold my stock 16" set for 22k, and that's already lower than what shops in Evangelista sell it for (usually at least 25k).

btw, meron 13k ako nakita kaso rims lang talaga

Php14,500 no guttermarks, OEM tires in 70-80% condition naman.
