August 13th, 2015 03:45 AM #3There are a lot of sellers of Jazz OEM rims. But your 16k budget for the rims and tires might be too cheap.
I sold my stock 16" set for 22k, and that's already lower than what shops in Evangelista sell it for (usually at least 25k).

Php14,500 no guttermarks, OEM tires in 70-80% condition naman.
