September 10th, 2008 01:04 PM #3If you're asking about the headers and strut bar on your husband/boyfriend/brother's car... they're necessary maintenance items, and they were a justified purchase.
Kung para sa iyo... a strut bar helps stiffen the car's body, which helps improve handling performance and stability. Newer cars won't see as much of an effect, as cars like the Mazda3, Honda Civic and Ford Focus have really stiff bodies already... but everything helps.
Headers improve power through improving exhaust flow. They also help fuel economy marginally.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

September 14th, 2008 10:10 PM #5Struts is for body rigidy.. headers is for exhaust.. good diameter of headers may give you some additional horse power.. not that drastic though pero ito ang may pinakamalaki epekto pag may basic IHE yung car..
