    i own a 94 civic LX... engine is 16 valve sohc 1.5 yup mabagal sya heheh... im planning to give it a little umf without swapping the engine tanong ko lang if tama ba ang gagawin ko... sri intake system, headers, mufflers.... tama ba mga papi??? OK BA ANG SIMOTA? MAGKANO ba simota intake system dyan? or swap na lang ako ng egine?? if so plano ko sana is dohc vtec engine, magkano ba dyan sa manila?? im from dvo kc and let me tell you ang mamahal ng mga car accesories dito!!! POTA laki ng patung.... YUNG MGA BENTAHAN DYAN SA BANAWE GAWA NMAN KYU NG OUtLET DITO HEHEH...thanks...

    kung mag upgrade ka ng air filter, get the k&n. it has better reputation. sometimes simota gives negative on dyno tests daw.

    lagyan mo na lang muna ng vtec bago ibang upgrade.

    depende yan sir sa budget mo...even if you put a CAI, mandrel bent performance headers, removing the catback, and installing free flow mufflers on your D15 (i assume) SOHC...it's nothing compared to the stock B16 (VTEC DOHC/ SiR engine) engine...i think you can buy B16 engines for 40k-60k depende kung san ka bibili, baka naka JASMA headers pa yun...

    you can do that to your car, you may change the headers, the pipes and the muffler, put an after market filter, but imho, you would only add around at max 10 hps.

    tataas pa consumption mo sa gas... if it is a daily driven car, leave it that way...

    dude, mahal ang gas ngayon..

    anyway pag gusto mo talaga na significant improvement sa horsepower, engine swap is the way to go...

    TALAGA 40k to 60 k lang ang B16? benta dito 115K eh.... san ba maka bili ng b16 around 40k to 60???

    yung nakita ko last year dito sa pinagpapa setup-an ng moh speed, 60k or 80k lang yata but not more than that naka JASMA headers na...hanap ka lang...ang LED wedge bulb P500 dito sa tsikot pero pag sa banawe P100+ lang...the point is, minsan mas mura sa ibang lugar compared dito sa tsikot...

    ...and last year nung nagtanong kami ng tropa ko dun sa chief mechanic ng nagse setup sa moh speed kung ipapaturbo nya yung 99 civic vti nya, ang sabi nung chief mechanic, magpalit na lang daw ng B16 engine kesa ipaturbo yung D15 na will cost him not less than 60k...mas malaki pa daw gastos sa pagpapa turbo nya kesa palit engine...siguro considering na din yung swap dun sa 50k...pinakamahal na nakita ko dati na B16 is 90k...overpricing and overkill yata yung 115k

    baka po yung 115 ay kasama na yung tranny, LSD, etc.... kung engine alone hindi po aabot ng 100k b16a.

    mag d15b ka na lang if hindi ka karera... around 25k kasama labor. tapos konte upgrade sa suspension... mga 50k max.

    I think stock engine ko is d15b7...tama ba ako?? unit is 94 civic lx sohc 16 valve 1.5.... panu kung ipa mini me ko nlang? d16z6 cylider head on my d15b7 block.... any info mga paps??? salamat...

    teka may alam ba kyung OK at mura na bentahan ng mga accessory dyan sa manila na pwede mag diliver dito sa dvo?
