Matic EK 99 umuubo

Good day sirs.

Ask ko lng po ano possible reason/s kung bakit parang umuubo un kotse ko? hindi naman po sya hard starting and madalas ko maramdaman un ubo pag naka idle sya (sa traffic o kya nka kahit nakastop lng)..

sir pareho tayo. ganyan din ride ko. sa tinggin ko lang ah.. baka valve adjustment din yan.

sorry for this input, i dont know if carbed or efi ang EK 99 eh, anu nga ba?

try to have it tune up by a specialist.

checking your spark plugs is the easiest thing to do. imho

EFI na ang lahat ng EK.

When was your last tune up?

last tune up ng car was last month lang, included na din un tappets adjust. ano po kaya possible na reason?ok naman ang hatak nya and nasa timing naman sya.TIA

EFI na rin ba yung mga ESI model?what about
esi94?

my esi were all stock except for the intake filter, tapos my isang guy na gusto bilhin esi ko,kasi daw yung esi ko racing engine daw,gusto nila palitan ng D16B yung engine ko,kasi sabi ng mechanic b16a daw yung engine ng esi ko,is this rare for an esi?

Yes, EFI na and ESi mo. Naka B16A (same engine as the local SiR) ka na pala eh, solb na yan! But not really rare though as a lot of Honda-boys have done this already.

possible suspect kaya ang fuel filter? hindi kaya ignition coil?

do you think it is compatible to use e-10 gasoline? diba all esi were equip with ph15 engine? theirs no history of engine swap when i bought the car,actually the first owner was of this was a car enthusiast but his hobby was collecting cars and just only for display,2nd owner was a woman,bank manager,she sell the car for the reason that she was given a company car and her garage was only one car to fit in,i was the third owner of this,i bought the car with just only a 50k mileage..naka kits na yung car(rear,front and side) and equip with b16a engine.
