May 6th, 2008 06:36 AM #6Anong oto yan?
Paint job per panel (yung bubong is classified as one panel) ay nasa P2.5 to 5K lang.
Pero kung hindi ka naman maselan at low budget ka... you can simply grind the bulong rust (although chances are butas ang bubong mo) and then cover it with bondo muna then have it painted.
Maganda sana if you do this grinding ng rust ay sa labas at sa loob (meaning you will have to remove the ceiling cover/upholstery) ang gawin mo.
At dahil mag-ga-grind ka rin you need to mask all the other areas that you don't want to be accidentally scratched or dirtied... lalo na ang glass at interior upholstery.
Matrabaho yung preparation (probably take you half a day at least) pero hindi yun aabot ng P20K.
Tools mo would be electric grinder/sander (with sand paper and wire brush implements), steel brush, steel wool, sand paper na magaspang (120 perhaps) and if you have the luxury ay Dremel with grinding tools (para sa mga hard to reach areas).

if i were you, i go to a good shop to have it done.

Since this thread is under Honda... plus heared (balita lang) na Civic ESI is prone to rust. Totoo po ba?
3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
What's the best car tint brand and color?
