google mo madami nang threads about that..

Grabe kasi ang haba ng pila dun and yan usually ang bottleneck during the registration period

Another thing you should look out for is having the proper specs of EWD.

Bro Brendomax, CTPL or TPL for short is Compulsary Third Party Liability insurance required by LTO for every vehicle renewal. A COC is Certificate of Cover issued with your CTPL, a copy of which is submitted to LTO. You can buy CTPL inside LTO pero mas mura sa labas but make sure legit at recognized ng LTO pagbibilhan mo.

EWD is Early Warning Device, may specs yan sa LTO website paps.

By experience maraming tao sa LTO on Mondays and Fridays so iwas ako sa mga araw na yan.

Hope I explained it well paps

I bought 2008 Civic just recently. It is from an employee of a pharmaceutical company (naka-car plan sila). So naka pangalan pa rin under pharmaceutical company. Pero may deed of sale sila, between the company and the 1st owner of the car.

    Thanks!

my workplace is near the emissions testing center and the LTO.
i do my annual registration in two parts, para hindi nakaka-inis..
i have the emissions test done a few days before i renew the registration.
when i go to the LTO (mid-afternoon, para tapos na ang karamihan), meron nang emissions test.
    shorter waiting time...

and oh... i avoid deadlines, like end of the months..

kung may deed of sale na sila.. kailangan mailipat muna don sa employee.. kailangan din nang secretary certificate.. pag nailipat na.. gagawa naman kayo nang deed of sale between you and the employee para naman mailipat sa name mo..
