    1) When people sing the praises of HONDA SPA (compared to normal dealership casas), which particular branch are they talking about?

    2) Are the positive reviews still valid now, middle of 2019?

    3) Are the viewing of cars being repaired still allowed?

    4) Which particular dealership is connect with which Honda SPA? I want to have as easy a process when having my car warrantied.

    5) For the dealerships directly connected to a certain Honda SPA, how was your experience with those dealerships?

    6) To those who have bought their Honda from dealerships that are far from a Honda SPA and not connected to them, are the trips to Honda SPA worth the time, gas, toll?

    Thank you very much.

Honda SPA Mindanao Avenue, Quezon City is under Yupangco Group. Their CASA layout is like a basketball gym, nakalantad lahat, customer lounge has complete view of the work area. Makikita mo kung ano ginagawa sa sasakyan mo. You can also watch while they work on your vehicle, pwede kang lumapit sa sasakyan mo.

I had one bad experience with Honda SPA a few years ago, when they adjusted the brake level too high without consulting me... These things should be cleared with the customer first.

I'm sure he meant Yuchengco. Nagkamali lang si bro e2romo.

The surname yupangco brings a whole lot of piano laden childhood memories though. [emoji4]

Suki ako dun, yes puwede ka manood hanggat mangalay ka.

I just avoid asking too much and talking sa mechanics.

May mga carclub sila honored then may discounts.

*CVT south ka diba? Dumayo ka pa mIndanao avenue?

They were my service center of choice when I still had my Honda. They generally allow you to interact directly with the technicians while they service your car. I learned a lot about my car. I was also able to see the special tools they use for specific parts and they yes, they use torque wrenches for critical bolts,

To be able to roam around, they typically make you sign a waiver so you can't hold them accountable in case you get hurt or injured while in the work areas. Just use common sense and you'll be fine.... like not getting near any vehicle that is hoisted up, if you don't have to.
