this is what i think.

yes, some aspect of the warranty will surely be void.
but if the accessory was installed correctly, you would not have need to claim warranty. so why worry about it getting void?
if something goes wrong as a result of the installation, the logical thing is to go back to the installer and not to the casa.

and no, i do not think the casa will refuse servicing your car, should the warranty "be void".
