honda esi change oil

hi guys. just bought honda esi 93 model. ph16 engine. i want to know what is the best engine oil for it. some tips about ups and downs of the car will help too and also how to maintain. thanks in advance.

choose oil viscosity not thicker than 40. 5w-40 or 10w-40 or 20w-40 ok na ok yan basta hangang 40 ka lang. 50 is too thick for 1.6 16valve engines.
